| Hello, I am recent buyer of Alpha prime, I have full compatability with the game hardware wise, full compatability, software wise, and should, for all reasons have thi game working HOWEVER, Since I have bought it from Direct 2 Drive nothing has worked It loads and If im lucky ill get 5 seconds in before total crash. I do not wish to rush to conclusion of bad design BUT it would seem from previous posts that this game is falling under the same catagory as Sim city society in that the designer can use the game but thats it. I reccomedn you all take a pre built computer and try to play the game on it to find out what I mean, I do hope we can get to an issue resolve because I have had to tell alot of people that buying this game is a waste of money And I dont wish to have to tell any more. YOu probably should have Beta tested a LITTLE bit more before release, but since that cant be reversed all I ask is an in depth look into the game and testing it on a Home computer to find the problem. Good luck and Ill be wioth you all every step of the way. |

The game has been tested on many configurations and it was all OK. It's simply not possible to test it on EVERY possible configuration and even on configuration and systems that came AFTER release. If it doesn't work at all, all I can recommend is to return it to seller and ask for money back. I'm sorry, I can help you any better.
