Hey  ummm, I'm new here but I have a question. Why does Alpha Prime keep crashing for no apparent reason. as soon as it starts up it runs about 15 seconds and crashes. it's quite a nusiance.
My system is as follows:
AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Proccessor 3800+ 2.01 GHz
2.00GB RAM
RADEON X800 Pro
SB Audigy 2 ZS (WDM)
Windows XP OS
I'm not sure whats wrong. my system is capable of running alot more than this game, so, I'm stumped.
can anyone give me a clue as to whats wrong???

The game has been tested on many configurations and it was all OK. Atleast, I'm sure we will notice, that the game is crasing after 15seconds). It's simply not possible to test it on EVERY possible configuration. If it doesn't work at all, all I can recommend is to return it to seller and ask for money back. I'm sorry, I can help you any better.

| that's a bad excuse... it would have been possible to at least create automatic error logs that people could have sent you so that you actually could see what's wrong. also, it's pretty much standard to offer a safe mode to get the game to run for people who can't even access the settings menu due to crashes |

| OK so i just bought Alpha prime after playing the steam demo (which ran beautifully might i add) and i installed it and now as soon as i get to the title screen it completely crashes my system where the screen goes black and restarts my computer. i have now lost important documents and i am now out my 34.99 i paid for this game is there any way to stop these crashes my specs are cpu 2.00 GHZ Video card RADEON x1650 pro 512mb more than enough harddrive space and 1.5 gigs ram so what gives and please dont give me that "Oh theres nothing we can do we already tested it bullshit and actually help someone for a change instead of selling a faulty product and then just basically laugh at the suckers that buy it. |
