Hi,
Well, there is one as soon as the level starts. I think you have got it.
The 2nd one should be the one that is messing with you, because it is out from the regular player's path. It is located before that great and scenery part where there is a bridge, and you fight an archer and many skeletons, where the player says «I'm just passing through». There you'll find the 3rd skull, at the left of the bridge, looking from the door to the big gate with gargoyles above it.
To get there you have passed by a place where you have to jump in the roof beams. Before there is a bit dark place where you have a player savepoint and a ground crack to heal yourself. Instead of going through the wall crack and to roof, return and go left (if you go right you'll return to the place where you've found the 1st skull.
There you'll fight a red wizard and then you must jump down in a small hall, an area visible from the place where the red wizard appears. There is a chain there that you must pull to deliver you the 2nd skull.
