ONE DAY AND A HALF, IS THAT WHAT U'VE SAID....
U MUSTA BE KIDDIN BOYO. Thats virtually impossible...
No one can finish it in that much time.
Some puzzles can go on for days.
Speak a lie which is digestible... one n a half, ha ha ha |

I just finished the game about 5 minutes ago and saw a link to this site on the credits so I thought I'd check it out. I have to say I loved every minute of this game, thank you!, for this wonderful and VERY atmospheric driven adventure title. I love gothic and dark atmosphere driven games best of all. The only puzzle that gave me agro was the first one the three wheels with the triangles on them that all need to point south. Every other puzzle was solved within 5 to 6 minutes maximum. That first puzzle took me like 25 minutes lol.
I like how the graphics are similar to Return To Castle Wolfenstein on the PC. I love that game as well, as it has a similar style of atmosphere at times during gameplay.
The atmosphere is the one thing that grabbed me and pulled me in, I loved how it started in a Ghost Town like train station and surrounding area. And it just went from there and kept the eerie atmosphere untill the credits rolled.
I have to say at first when I was installing the game I was wondering what kind of game I was in for. But as soon as the main menu appeared and the dark medieval looking courtyard was on show, a smile came across my face as I liked the mood that screen and the main theme set for the game.
Well done, Shade: Wrath of Angels is a definite 9.5/10. |

I actually beat it in a few hours too...Don't know about the puzzles taking days to figure out...lol
Shade strikes me as the kind of good game gets too little attention. Gamespot (those bastards) never pays attention to small companies releasing games. Those idiots only write stuff and compliment games from big companies. They don't know nothing.
I'll give shade 8/10 since there was some faulty stuff to it. Storyline is awsome.

Man I wish I was one of the testers
When I first played shade, I didn't know what it was, I just though the cover looked cool. Shade was probably the first 3D game I evered player (not counting DOOM ) and the tutorial grabbed me right there!
I'm still trying to comb for Lara, it kinda spurred me after playing her new game Legend.
